Coral Sea House was designed with a young, surf-loving family in mind, this house seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living.

The ground floor encompasses an open kitchen and living area that effortlessly connects to the garden and pool, enabling easy transitions from the house to the outdoors and vice versa. Meanwhile, the upper level houses the private bedrooms and bathrooms.

In homage to the local beach environment and coastal landscape, the house boasts a refined material palette featuring local hardwood and sand cement. These materials not only reflect the character of the surroundings but also offer durability against sand, salt, and water.

Inspired by the captivating beauty of the Noosa National Park and Sunshine Beach, the architecture has artfully incorporated the rhythmic patterns of waves and coastal landscape into the design, striking a delightful balance between repetition and variation.
